Terms of Service

By using this website (the "Service"), operated by RS Lightning Protection, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Service

This website provides information about RS Lightning Protection's lightning protection services and allows visitors to request an estimate. Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract for services — a contract is formed only when both parties agree to specific terms for a specific project.

No Warranty on Website Content

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes. Specific pricing, warranty terms, and project scope are provided directly by RS Lightning Protection as part of a formal estimate, not through this website.
